A brainstorming session on “Electricity Sector Reforms in Sri Lanka: Challenges, Opportunities and the Way Forward” was conducted by the Seminars, Workshops & Programmes Committee of the OPA on the 14^th of July at the OPA auditorium. Following presentations by Eng. Pubudu Niroshan, Director General, Power Sector Reforms Secretariat, Eng. Dr. Pradeep Perera, Principal Energy Specialist, Asian Development Bank, Eng. Kosala Kamburadeniya, President Elect, Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka (IESL), the invited experts and industry stakeholders engaged in productive discussions on the future direction of the electricity sector.
