A seminar and discussion on “Enhancing efficiency of state-owned enterprises” was conducted by the Organisation of Professional Associations of Sri Lanka (OPA) on the 31st of January 2024. The distinguished speakers for this event were Mr. Mahinda Siriwardana, Secretary to the Treasury and Ministry of Finance, and Mr. Suresh Shah, Head of State-Owned Enterprises Restructuring Unit. The event provided an opportunity for the members of the OPA to deliberate on a critical issue affecting the national economy. The event was organized by President Mr. Sarath Gamage, President-Elect Mr. Sujeewa Lal Dahanayake, General Secretary Mr. Tisara de Silva, Treasurer Mr. Ruchira Perera and attended by Executive Council and General Forum members.
