A seminar on “The Rule of Law and the Protection of Individual Human Rights”, organized jointly by the Seminars, Workshops and Programmes Committee of the OPA together with the Bar Association of Sri Lanka, was held at the OPA Auditorium on the 21^st of March, 2025. Dr. Asanga Gunawansa, President’s Counsel and Dr. Lalanath De Silva, Attorney-at-Law were the expert speakers at this event, which concluded with an interactive Q & A session with the active participation of the audience.
