Seminar on “Valuation of Properties”

A seminar on “Valuation of Properties – Its Implications to the Public” was held on the 5^th of June at the OPA.  Organized by the Land Management, Human Settlement, Environmental & Agriculture Committee of the OPA, the seminar featured Chartered Valuation Surveyor Ajith Fernando, Chairman of RICS Sri Lanka and Fellow Member of the Institute of Valuers of Sri Lanka, and Chartered Valuation Surveyor G. J. Sumanasena, former General Secretary of the Institute of Valuers of Sri Lanka, Chairman of the Land Management, Human Settlement and Environmental Committee and Vice President – OPA as expert guest speakers. The event was moderated by Syr. Sarath Jayathilaka, Past President of the Institute of Surveyors of Sri Lanka and former Vice President – OPA.
